I just wanted to reach out to let you know how amazing the service was yesterday. Mom was treated like gold, David and Sandy were so incredible and nice; the entire trip went off without a hitch. Not only did it help us with an imperative appointment, it was heartwarming to look back at mom to see how truly happy she was to not only have been provided the opportunity to get outside and away from home but to feel so safe on the trip. It was a concern simply with the motion, roads etc. but you and your staff looked after it all.
