For round trips, our HCA/Driver will transfer you from inside your home/bed, get you checked-in for your appointment and transfer you back inside your home after the appointment.

For one-way trips, our HCA/Driver will only transfer you from inside your home/bed and get you checked-in for your appointment or any other location.
Transportation is included.
Go Escorted Medical Service
$90/hour with a minimum cost of $225
Our HCA/Driver will stay with you and assist you with any and all of your needs.
Transportation is included.
Go Safe Patient Hospital Discharge
Go Bed To Bed Service
$105
You will be collected from your location in the institution, transported to your home and transferred securely inside your home/bed.
Extra charges will apply if the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes at the pickup location.
Prescription drop-off on route to your home is included.
A nominal fee will be charged for any similar short stops that you request.
Transportation is included.
Go Moving Service
$105
You and some personal belongings will receive transportation from your institution/PCH, retirement home and other similar establishments to your desired destination.
Extra charges will apply if the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes at the pickup location.
Additional services and fees are as follows:
- Wheelchair rental charge is $15/day
- Ramps will be charged $50 round trip (one location)
- The charge for climbing stairs is $7.5/stair (provided it is safe to do so)
- Two person calls start at $125/direction
An additional $40 will be charged if the pick-up or drop-off address is outside the perimeter.
Only addresses that are within 15KM from the perimeter boundaries will be accommodated, at this rate.

Go Further Service
$75/hour + $0.50/km + the cost of requested service
You will be provided with an HCA/Driver escort for a maximum of 12 hours. This covers round trip including dead heading.

Cancellation Policy
- Unless adequate notice is given, all cancellations will be charged half the price of the service ($60 minimum) that was booked initially.
- The adequate notice period is before 7 PM of the previous business day of the scheduled service.
- The adequate notice period lies at the discretion of Go Orderly and can change without prior notice.
- Cleaning, sanitizing and downtime charges apply in event of a biohazard.
